Christopher is not much different, personality-wise, from any other 13 year-old you may find walking the halls in the high schools of The United States; meaning, Christopher is pretty low key, not excited easily by much and easily swayed by the popular crowd. He worries his mom with the group of friends he runs around with in the late afternoons and likes to sleep too late. All that being said, Christopher is a good kid who we believe can be turned into a useful instrument in God’s hand if placed under the proper guidance and given meaningful, consistent exposure to the gospel of Christ.
Christopher gets his soft-spoken demeanor from his mom Maura, one of the cooks in The Isaiah Project. As Christopher has no father in the house, Eli and I view just about every moment of our time with Christopher and the other older boys as not only time to teach and instruct educational principles, but also as an opportunity to reinforce responsibilities and moral principles handed down to us males by our Heavenly Father. I have high hopes for Christopher; won’t you join us in praying for his salvation?
