Nataly or “Nana” as she is called around the Project is one of our most common faces around the Project. Little Nana also probably has one of the worst home situations of all the kids, having 3 brothers and sisters and a single mom who is by all accounts unemployed and not acceptant of the responsibilities of motherhood. Before joining us, Nataly could most often be found out in the street covered in dirt until the late hours of the evening. However, at the end of last year we brought Nataly into the Project to live with Patricia and her family full-time due to the dangers present in living at home. Since that time Nataly has come a long way; learning to respect authority on a daily basis and to take care of herself hygienically on a consistent basis as well.
For me personally, it has been a great please of mine to watch Nataly progress under Patricia’s guidance and watchful care. She is such a sweet little girl that would have undoubtedly been lost in the street as so many are if it weren’t for the Project and all our loving sponsors and supporters. Nataly, her sisters, and her mom need lots of prayer, please join us in lifting them up to the Father.
