Tatiana is one of our brightest kids in The Isaiah Project and she she is also the oldest at 18 years old. Tatiana is currently in her last year of High School and stands out in the Project as an exemplary student. This is why we have chosen to place Tatiana in a private Christian school where she can receive closer attention and more opportunities to nurture her desire to learn. Tatiana really enjoys learning and being challenged, needless to say she’s a joy to tutor. Not only is she a bright student, Tatiana is always quick to lend a hand with the little ones; walking them to school in the morning and cleaning up after breakfast with the kitchen staff.
The greatest challenge right now in Tatiana’s life and that of her younger sister Tania is with their living situation. Currently the two sisters are living with a relative because the conditions at their home became dangerously unstable. This is unfortunate due to the longer distances that Tatiana and her sister now have to travel daily to make it to the Project and school, none the less, we are thankful that they did have a safe place to go. We continue to preach Christ to Tatiana and plant seeds in every opportunity that is given to us, having faith in the work of the Holy Spirit who never rests or grows weary.
